  8.         CONDOR is Copyright (c) 1993 by Larry Mears

  10.       CONDOR is not, nor has ever been, public domain or free software.
  11.       The registered CONDOR may not be duplicated other than for backup
  12.       purposes.  A registered copy of CONDOR must be treated like a book,
  13.       in that the same registered copy of CONDOR may not be used in more
  14.       than one computer at the same time, just as a book may not be read
  15.       by more than one person at the same time
  16.       (without making an illegal copy).

  18.       Users are granted a limited license to use the Unregistered Version,
  19.       of CONDOR for a unlimited evaluation period, to determine
  20.       if it they want the FULL POWER Registered Version of CONDOR.

  22.       All users are granted a limited license to copy the Unregistered Version
  23.       of CONDOR only for the purpose of allowing others to try it,
  24.       subject to the above restrictions as well as these:

  26.        CONDOR must be distributed in absolutely unmodified form, in-
  27.        cluding ALL programs, documentation.

  29.        CONDOR may not be included with any other product for any reason
  30.        whatsoever without permission from Larry Mears.  You may include
  31.        the Unregistered version in the original ARC or LZH release without
  32.        permission if you include all Condor documentation.

  34.        No charge or payment may be levied or accepted for CONDOR
  35.        except for media and handling fee max $5.00

  37.       Bulletin Board system operators may post the Unregistered Version
  38.       of CONDOR on their BBS for downloading by their users
  39.       without written permission only if the above conditions are met, and
  40.       only if no special fee is necessary to access the CONDOR files
  41.       (a general fee to access the BBS is ok).
